This list is used to transmit e-mails and associated photos from cell phones in the field. Fire Marshal's Office Members use this as a "bucket" to transmit findings that may be undocumented. Once the finding is transmitted into a tracked list, a note is entered in the title in all caps and brackets (e.g. [SEE 13-015] or [OK AS IS])
