Use this list in lieu of a Facilities Service request to obtain Fire Marshal Office authorization for planned shut-off of: (1) a fire suppression system, (2) a domestic/fire water supply main valve, (3) a VESDA system or (4) a building fire alarm control panel. Also use ASAP to notify FMO of an emergency shut-off or one of the above systems unexpectedly discovered to be shut-off. Also use this list to request authorization for temporary shut-off of individual detectors that will be out of service for more than 10 hours.
