This list will enable people to send a single message that will reach all SPEAR operators, the SPEAR machine specialist, and the ops supervisor. System managers often send important information to just one operator because they do not have a simple way to send a message to all of us at once. This is a problem because SPEAR operators work rotating shifts, and as a result some operators do not receive important information.
