Hoi Daniele,

as announced in my commit message a while ago, my perl script is in
~ursl/perl/mkCheckedChain, it needs a macro ~ursl/macros/checkChain.C.
Alessio has all of this. I am not sure whether he committed it, I
could not find any message.

http://www.slac.stanford.edu/BFROOT/www/Physics/Analysis/AWG/InclusiveSL/islrecoil/chains/
contains the subdirectories with the official chains. In there you'll
find official "checked" chains for

 signal
 cocktail
 data
 generic b
 generic c
 generic uds

They have been produced by Alessio and partly myself. They are not
the same as my old chains, because Alessio has included more of the
unskimmed MC. (My checked chains are in the place you looked,
e.g. csx-genbch-2000.)

I am currently h2root'ing Alessio's hbook files of the 'new' (OBJY
unskimmed) batch, after Henning has tranferred his hbook files to
their final destination I'll do the same for his batch. He is
currently transfering, if you'd like to monitor the progress, look at
/nfs/farm/babar/AWG23/ISL/henning/sx-080702/unskgenbb/output/generic_bch/.
Once I have done that I will produce updated chains and updated
checked chains.

It will take a while. I am not sure whether producing the files on
your own will speed up things at the current stage. Note that Alessio
is at the moment thrashing AWG18 with the skimming jobs (it's
basically just I/O). You will not get much I/O from it before they are
done.

Cheers,
--U.
