is  one non-trivial item  (introduction remark  on systematics  due to
Ru/sl -- I think we should remove the words on efficiences).

Another reordering of the references was necessary.

Why do we claim to have ndof =  7? We have nine bins in the fit, three
parameters, so I would naively say 6. This is also what the fit claims
in the logfile.

ssbar  systematics:  "inclusive" refers  to  non-resonant, correct?  I
replaced it, imvho  we should have only one  name for the non-resonant
component.

I  took  out  HQET  in  the  lbar and  l1  description  because  those
parameters are NOT HQET parameters  but rather parameters of the shape
function.  There  has been  some exchange with  CLEO on this,  more to
come.

I  replace a  few "using"  with "with"  since they  violate  the first
"common grammatical mistake" mentioned in BAD 42.

We  need to re-recheck  all once  again. I  just read  the BAD  in 1.5
hours,  I tried  to be  slow, but  it's difficult  after a  morning of
editing.
