Dear Colleagues,
This is to start signing up talks for the tracking sessions
at the Durham (see next paragraph); a question to former Aleph members is
hooked on via the P.S. at the end.
Since we are now moving towards globalizing these
workshops, this mail is going to the European and American tracking
email lists which together include several Asian groups. To make sure
of reaching as many as possible, I am also sending it to the general LC
mailing lists I know of, so you may get it a couple of times.
The Durham workshop is from 31 August to 4 September, and
and a preliminary program may be found at the website
http://www.ippp.dur.ac.uk/ECFA04/
At the moment there are 3 tracking session foreseen
totalling 4.75 hours. That should allow time for discussion depending on
how many talks we have, which I would like find out starting now.
So please let me know if you would like to give a
presentation at the Durham tracking sessions and how much time you need.
I may have to adjust the times later depending on how many sign up.
Best wishes,
Ron
P.S. I would also like to contact former Aleph members who are no longer
in touch with the experiment (that is, no longer get the emails to the
general Aleph collaboration). If you belong to this category, please let
me know; also click on The Aleph 'Experience' at alephwww.cern.ch (it is
not password protected) and tell me what you think or whether you have
a story to add...
