Dear Colleagues,
In light of the recent technology choice for the ILC, we will be
regenerating the standard data samples which we have been
using for physics and detector studies to reflect the different
beam energy spread, beamstrahlung and bremsstrahlung.
In addition to the inclusive 2ab-1 Standard Model sample
generated by Tim Barklow and used for fast MC studies, we
have also traditionally provided the following smaller datasets
which have been sent through the full detector simulations and
provide the basis for full reconstruction and analysis.
Please look over the following list and respond with any requests
for additional channels which would be useful for your analyses.
We will not begin generation until we receive additional guidance
on which beam parameters to use, but we would like to get feedback
from you soon. We will also be coordinating with the other regional
simulation groups.
Remember, LCWS '05 is less than 6 months away!
