Hi Chuck,
Just to understand the extent of the power outage: all ATLAS data disks are on the first floor and none of the public linux nodes will be avaiable during the outage ? The whole week of the Aug/20-24 is bad, with ATLAS tutorials during the workshop needing the tier-2 while Friday Aug/24 is the rare occasion of some resident ATLAS people at CERN are back at SLAC which we intend to utilize for ATLAS analysis working sessions which also needs computing access.
