Hi All,
I received and answer from Maura Barone to my question about why
different searches for Ron's talks gave different results.

Hi Rob,
in the second search, 8 records with "Cassell, Ron" (notice the comma)
as an author are included. The simple search doesn't try any guess if no
exact match is found. In general, is better to use single quote instead
of double quote, or no quote at all. Double quote means "exact match" in
the metadata.
