Hi Peter,
I believe each thumper has 48 disks. Assuming 70% usable space, these
lead to ~ 235TB total usable space (in 7 unites).
We are working with Andy H. and the LBL SRM team to implement static
space token in LBL's bestman-xrootd (a special version of LBL SRM v2).
This is a new requirement from ATLAS. We expect both Xrootd and
bestman-xrootd to be ready for testing soon.
We are also asked to help getting a LBL SRM for GPFS users.
