Dear All,
Sorry my CERN cell is not working where I am in France - I have to be in
Switzerland for the call to be low cost. Have a good meeting. Will try
hard to call in next week.
No special news to tell - Lyn Evans gave a talk on the LHC at the ATLAS
week on Monday - the Q/A are more interesting the talk. In general CERN is
playing the reports of damage and prospects for repair very closely. It
was only this last Monday when they were able to get in the sector. They
still talk of beam next April. Let's hope so ...
Again my regrets -
--
Best regards,
Frank
