Hi,

I asked a similar question to Lyn after his colloq. He gave me the same
list as below. But then he said that the reason why SPS+ is "rising up
again" is that it is very expensive to run from the point of view of energy.
So interest is fluctuating with the price of energy.

But he thought that no one was really ready to start discussing a fixed
target
program from SPS+. He expressed surprise that Fermilab is not more
interested.
I guess we are all surprised by that!
