Hello,
***This is a message for lcsim developers. Others can safely ignore.***
This is an update on the reorganization of the contrib packages in lcsim.
All contrib dependencies in the lcsim source code have been eliminated.
I have started a new cvs project called lcsim-contrib, which is a Maven
2 project, ONLY. The lcsim-contrib project does not and will not
support Maven 1. All contrib code has been copied into to
lcsim-contrib. I am eliminating one by one the old packages in
./src/org/lcsim/contrib, starting with the ones that have not had any
active development in awhile. If you find that your contrib code is no
longer found at ./src/org/lcsim/contrib, please check for it in the
lcsim-contrib project.
There is an updated tutorial on how to install the latest version of
Netbeans with Maven 2. I have tested that lcsim-contrib can be
successfully built using this version.

To use Drivers from lcsim-contrib in a batch analysis job, use the
following in the xml recon file, which shows how to point to a locally
created copy of lcsim-contrib.
<classpath>
<jar>/u/ey/jeremym/work/cvs/lcsim-contrib/lcsim-contrib/target/lcsim-contrib-1.0-SNAPSHOT.jar</jar>
</classpath>
To use a remote version of lcsim-contrib, you can specify the URL to the
jar file.
<classpath>
<jarUrl>http://www.example.org/lcsim-contrib-1.0-SNAPSHOT.jar</jarUrl>
</classpath>
If you have any questions or concerns, please send them to this list.
Or reply directly to jeremym AT slac.stanford.edu.
Thank you!
