Hi Lukasz,
I think having a relatively-aggressive TCP keepalive setting in the client
would be useful, especially as we promote the concept of remote I/O using
xrootd.
Basically, as this becomes a more popular access method, I suspect we'll be
finding more nasty routers and NATs like this one. For a file transfer
protocol, one TCP packet every 10s doesn't seem onerous.
