In a longer term we need to develop a plan (as we love doing this), make
requests etc.. I think we need to discuss all these things in Telluride.

For now I suggest we use the /ilc/sid/mucoll resource as a short term. This
area was used by John Yoh in the past and John has kindly agreed that we can
re-use it. 

We can install all the software there and people can use it as a sandbox for
now.

Lynn has created an access control list, Please send requests to be included
to her.
