Hello Lukasz
I create the tar.gz packages and placed them in the web download area.
http://xrootd.slac.stanford.edu/download/v3.1.0/
(The INFO file in this dir shows which compiler and cmake options were
used).
I used the same directory structure and file path as was used for the
previous tar.gz files. The only difference is that the tools that were
removed in the repo (ooss, mps, ...) are missing.
The tar.gz files use a different dir structure compared to what "gmake
install" would install. Scripts are added under utils/ and etc/ instead of
share/xrootd/utils/. I also added the Start/Stop scripts, hpsscp and a few
other scripts that are in the utils/ and etc/ directory of the xrootd
repo.
Cheers,
Wilko
