Hi Doug,
The "failed to read header" simply means that the client did not get the
response header. That usually means that either the server is too slow or
there is a network issue. This causes the client to retry the request so
nothing should be lost. The session messages are due to a long-standing
bug that has been fixed in 3.1.1. It can be safely ignored as it means
nothing really.
