They aren't being copied over.
That has to be done in TestRunTriggeredReconToLcio; the new LCIO file made
by this driver has completely new events so "keeping" collections from the
SLIC output file isn't automatic like it is for regular lcsim jobs using
LCIODriver - any collections you want to see in the new LCIO file have to
be specifically copied over.
