The electron run flange is here:

I added this flange to the "reach" detectors in hps-detectors, so those
should have the right flange in both compact.xml and LCDD if you want to
check. I can't guarantee that detectors added since then (~3 weeks ago)
will have the correct ECal/flange geometry.
The simplifed geometry (with G4 primitives) isn't being used as far as I
know - the above flange is the tessellated solid.
