Quite correct. When I looked at it it seems that virtually no one would think
of violating the "standard" opts/args ordering in a command. In fact, the old
xrdcp (due to the way the command line parsing was written) allowed one to
place args and options in any arbitrary order. That's just plain weird.
How important is this? Will people really care?
