Hi Jacek,
This sounds like some code got merged to the master (or was developed on
the master), but the supporting code that created the proxy cnf wasn't
quite working (or perhaps it was unfinished).
I have also merged a ticket to the master which requires config file
tweaking and an additional plugin (libqserv_workerCmsd.so). I'm not sure
the installer has been updated to handle it.
In the meantime, you might be able to workaround by removing the
defaults-file argument. I think it exists to provide the sort of support
for coexisting with non-qserv-related mysqld instances. I'm sure someone
who wrote the code will speak up soon.
