Dear Colleagues,

The schedule now posted for the Brookhaven meeting is very close to the final one.
Please check it again at:

https://indico.bnl.gov/conferenceDisplay.py?confId=571

to see that it meets your needs.

It is the responsibility of the working group conveners to schedule talks to fill (or not)
the time alloted for the sessions. I hope that you will be open to all reasonable requests
to give talks at the meeting. If you need additional sessions in parallel, let me and Sally Dawson
know. We have additional rooms for most of the time slots.

Many sessions are joint sessions between two or more working groups. For these
sessions, the first group listed has the responsibility to schedule talks and fix the schedule.
For example, for the session:

Working Group Session, 2: Joint Issues for Higgs, Electroweak, and Top (Higgs, EW, Top)

the Higgs group should schedule the talks in this session. The conveners of EW and Top should
of course communicate to the Higgs folks what topics they would like to see covered and, if
possible, what speakers they have recruited to address those topics.

Finally, please get the word out for people to attend. Today we have 325 attendees at the Cosmic
Frontier (+ neutrinos group) meeting at SLAC. Part of the message of Snowmass is who votes with
their feet. So those of us interested in Energy Frontier should get our troops out where they can be
seen.

Thank you very much!

Michael
