Hi Michael-

It's OK with me.  There is some uncertainty about the LHC's ability to 
run at 25 ns (lower pileup), but we're not going to be the ones to 
settle it, and we're not the people in the best position to do detailed 
studies of expected detector response, but these are reasonable 
benchmarks (arguably the most reasonable ones), so I would not support 
doing anything about this.
