Follow-up Comment #13, bug #100633 (project xrootd):
On the other hand, I don't want the init scripts to edit the limit files. So,
if somebody runs xrootd under user account other than xrootd they would have
to edit the limit files themselves anyways.
I am not really sure what the best solution would be, if you all really think
that it is desirable to have the limit files, at least for the .xu RPMs, I
will put them in, we just need to come out with reasonable defaults.
