Please do not do this. XRDLCLROOT is not user-set. It is a value set by
xrootd.

Our configuration is a bit *wrong* for single-node environments.
Single-node was never a priority (and really, more of an afterthought),
but we seem to be relying on it more and more, so I will check with
AndyH about how to configure an xrootd for single-node operation.
