Dear Colleagues,

We have set the time of the weekly phone meeting for the Energy Frontier
conveners to be

   Thursday,    11 am  Pacific DT      2 pm Easter DT

Chip and I promised that the first meeting would be this week, but it is 
too late, and, anyway, we are both travelling.  We will have the first 
meeting on April 25.

We would like to discuss the questions that we will send to the 
other frontiers, and the titles of sessions or joint sessions that we will
propose for the Minnesota Snowmass meeting.  Other topics might
come up.  Chip and I will send a more complete agenda next week. 

One more thing:   At BNL, you scheduled many remote speakers.
BNL provided Vidyo links, some of which worked well and others of
which had problems.   For Seattle, we have more lead time to deal 
with this problem.   So, please let me know what you would like 
in Seattle to accomodate remote speakers, on the scale

    A.   All I need is an internet connection and a microphone; I will 
             bring my laptop to host Vidyo.

      to

    Z.   I would like a computer in the room to host Vidyo and 
              project the speaker onto a screen, and I would like to 
             know the call-in number before May 15.
