Hi Meena,
I produced the plots for those samples as well:
anl samples: http://hep0.okstate.edu/khanov/snowmass/ttbar/
unl samples: http://hep0.okstate.edu/khanov/snowmass/ttbar1/
there are subtle differences (e.g. a slight shift in HT, including the no
pileup samples), but the PU dependence is pretty much the same for both
samples.
