Details:
Hi,
I am using "xrdcp -R /local_path/local_folder root://xxx//yyy/xrd_folder" to
copy tons of files recursively under a local folder and its subfolders.
And it looks xrdcp doesn't handle it properly as a "cp -rf" cmd does. All
files under the folder and its subfolders are all copied to the
"root://xxx//yyy/xrd_folder" while no subfolder is created at xrootd.
Same story when I omitted the "-R".
Is it a known issue or I mistook the xrdcp cmd?
Is there a way to ask xrdcp to create subfolders automatically and correctly
as it copies files? Many thanks.
