Dear All,

After an internal discussion at LPC, we would like to make the following comments to last week meeting :
(see https://dev.lsstcorp.org/trac/wiki/db/Qserv/IN2P3/Minutes23May2013)

The 300 nodes test is indeed a priority, and LPC will gladly interact with CC in order to help them with the software installation.
It seems however counter-productive to be the "middle-man" between SLAC and CC for all technical aspects which should be addressed directly by the people involved. Of course we remain interested on the outcome of these discussions.

CC has setup an internal alias for all CC-qserv related questions : [log in to unmask]
Please use it to direct your questions to the right people.
Meanwhile, it would appear also productive to have CC people joining our bi-weekly meeting on thursdays.

As for the inclusion of metadata, please take into account the reduced availability of Fabrice who has LSST-unrelated duties in june and will not be able to make significant progresses until the 24th.

Cheers,

Emmanuel G.
