Hello Pelle,
I know that "works for me" isn't that useful, but I just checked
and it works for me on my Windows laptop (not connected to
the SLAC network). Not sure what might be going on with your
Mac.

Subject: cvs issues
Hi,
I'm having trouble accessing cvs from my local laptop today (worked yesterday):
[log in to unmask] ~/work/HPS/software/reco > export CVSROOT=:pserver:[log in to unmask]:/cvs/lcd
[log in to unmask] ~/work/HPS/software/reco/hps-java > cvs status
cvs [status aborted]: connect to cvs.freehep.org(134.79.200.95):2401 failed: Connection refused
I have seen this before (Feb. 2013) and then something was fixed on cvs end.
However, from a slac computer it seems to work. How can that be? Any ideas?
/Pelle
