					It seems to me that the point below is an extremely important one: for the following reason:

If the SM is highly un-natural, there would be no way that the true Planck scale theory could smoothly connect to the EWK scale SM. In other words, there would be no way to embed the SM as a low-energy EFT in this underlying Planck scale theory.  

So, if we could really exclude naturalness, then it is a strong conclusion, pointing to ??? multiverse? anthropic principle?  I don't know, but sounds like a very important conclusion in itself (analogous in spirit to the ultraviolet catastrophe in classical blackbody radiation)
