Michael,
We already worked this out between NP and Higgs.
Higgs simply moved the offending talks to another session.
There will be no BSM content in the Tuesday afternoon Higgs session.
We have therefore removed the overlaps with NP. The responsibility of the
extended Higgs models has been divided up between groups - Higgs
only covers 2HDM with no exotic decays.
I don't understand how you and Gordan were supposed to work this out.
It was already mentioned at the phone meeting that since you had no knowledge
of what talks had or could be merged, there was no other way to sort this out
other than doing offline, and we have done so.
The final result is that there are no joint Higgs and NP sessions, but we have
made sure not to cover BSM Higgs discussions in concurrent parallel sessions.
Best,
Chris
