Dear Colleagues,
Please have a look at the agenda page for the Minnesota meeting.
https://indico.fnal.gov/conferenceTimeTable.py?confId=6890
I have put in all of the Energy Frontier sessions. I tried to grab a prominent
color and also some good rooms (40-80 capacity for the parallels). Please let me
know if you are expecting a session that is not included. The vision is that
we will have a plenary with summaries of final reports on Tuesday, new
contributions on Wednesday (the plenary is for the ATLAS and CMS white papers,
plus anyone else who needs to speak to the whole group), joint plenary with
Instrumentation on Thursday, and then, Friday and Saturday, a few talks that
must be scheduled but mainly discussion toward the final reports. Please
note the session on Sunday evening when Chip and I will preview our summary
talk.
My understanding is that all of you who are registered on the Fermilab indico
have editing privileges. If you have difficulty, please let me know.
We will discuss the contents of the Colloquia, and speaker requests or assignments,
when we meet in Seattle.
Thank you,
Michael
