Sally and others:
The EF parallel time scheduled at Minnesota (pink boxes) can be used either for talks or for working time.
We thought that you would schedule really essential talks on Wednesday and reserve most of the
rest for working time.
Chip and I are out of sync on when we will have formal meetings with the 6 groups. my opinion is that
everyone would like to work until the end before giving a formal debriefing to us. A better option might
be to discuss informally with you during the week and then meet with each group of conveners -- for a
more pointed discussion of what goes in our summary talk -- for 1/2 hour each on Saturday.
As far as I am concerned, the whole day Saturday can be "working time and report preparation" for each
group. Chip and I will drop in on the groups in turn.

The indico agenda shows that the working groups have parallel sessions until noon on Friday. What happened

0930-1030: EW
Friday
0830 - 0930: NP
0930-1030: Top
Saturday
0830 - 0930: QCD
0930-1030: Flavor
This means that when we're meeting with one group, others of you could meet together. Or you could meet among yourselves of course.
So please get to us on what you'd like to do outside of those above times. Jon would very much like to clean up the indico pages as for EF they're just repeating the same placeholders.
Can you let us know by Thursday noon what you'd like to do? I'm going to edit the pages to reflect the above reservations, so let me know asap if you've already planned for those times.
