Hi Daniel,

Serge's account has been re-activited last Friday, from what I 
understand the only problem was that the password was expired. I don't 
know if there is a different issue with your account but in any case, if 
you can't log in the best thing is to open a ticket at : 
http://cc-usersupport.in2p3.fr/
