Hello,

1. One of the discussed module may be the data-loading procedure.
Here's a proposal for a high level block diagram :
https://dev.lsstcorp.org/trac/wiki/db/Qserv/Data-Loading
It clearly emphasize that a common configuration database would help here.
I would be very interested in contributing to propose a high level API for
this procedure.

2. I've will also have a conversation next week with a french expert of
scons/distutils. He told me he has interesting ideas about Qserv install
procedure. I will let you know soon.

3. For additional information, i think that sphynx is a bit different
from javadoc or pydoc. For example, Python community use sphynx for the
whole official documentation pages of the langage :
http://docs.python.org/3/
It can also be used to create HTML5 slides :
http://informatique-lpc.in2p3.fr/jdev/bases_dvcs/_build/slides/#1
It is not so interactive as a wiki but one good thing is that you can
version the source of the documentation in git, so it's easy to
collaborate on the documentation.
It also seems easy to create HTML templates using CSS.

I'm on holiday this week so i can't contribute much more, nevertheless i
will attend to tomorrow meeting.

Have a nice day,

Fabrice
