*** merging concurrency problems
     Can't make autotest work on the master: some problem with trying
     to create filter table. Failure seems to happen while preparing
     the test data, before query execution is attempted.

     Serge will post error message and work with Fabrice.

*** packaging using eups
So far: Lua, luasocket, luaxmlrpc, mysql, protobuf, python, xrootd
Not sure how to link things together because each package gets its
own directory. Sconsutils may help, but there is no doc.

Serge: why do we need sconsutils, can't we use the eups python api to
figure out where things are?

Suggest pulling include/library paths out of envvars that are managed
by eups (e.g., LUASOCKET_LIB LUASOCKET_INCLUDE?)
