Attendees: Bill, Daniel, Fabrice, AndyH, AndyS, Serge, Jacek
Bill
- installed log4cxx, integrated w/qserv in private environment
to validate the prototype, can write log messages
- wrestling w/scons, but on an older branch (not the latest
reorg Daniel did)
--> switch to the latest
- Qserv now uses std streams, need to switch to the
new style logging
- prefix in the log messages: make configurable: eg,
we want to turn it off for simple standalone tests
Daniel
- documentation and cleanup for the latest reorg done
- started working on join syntax for RefMatch:
adding support for real join syntax, (it was comma-separated
table list only so far). This will help with supporting
near neighbor properly
- might have something working today/tomorrow, but
it will require more time "to get it right"
- next: Serge needs to revisit what was blocking him
last time he looked into RefMatch
- still need to write a plug-in for query manipulation
- need to discuss/design join support
- Daniel will write a page first
Serge
- still stuck with Ursa related work
Fabrice
- at big data computing course most of last week
- useful interactions with Mario, finishing packaging
- best time to visit slac (Qserv Design/Hackathon week)
end of Apr - beginning of May (4/28-5/3)
AndyS
- started looking at the code
Jacek
- #3087 (CSS)
- implemented code for connecting Qserv with Zookeeper
- working on integrating this with scons
- full integration with Qserv next
- need help with packaging, emailed Fabrice already
- playing with MariaDb's Aria and MyISAM
Jacek
