Attendees: AndyS, Fabrice, Daniel, Bill, Serge, AndyH, Jacek

Qserv design/hackathon week: Apr 28 - May 2 @SLAC
  - Fabrice, Serge (and most likely Mario too) are coming,
    plus the slac team.

Round table status report
=========================

Daniel
  - join syntax - pushed code, updated test cases for parser
     - need comments from Serge, especially about interfaces
that will be needed by ref match
  - cleaning up "other loose ends" now
  - reviewed #3153

Serge
  - still "finishing" work with WISE
  - vacation next week

Bill
  - logging mostly done, a little more on python side to finish
  - the prototype is coupled with Qserv
  - next week would be good time to schedule a demo / discussion
    with broader DM team
  - working on documenting current prototype

AndyS
  - studying git (haven't used before)

AndyH
  - will make the new code available to us end of next week,
    both server and client side

Fabrice
  - integrating with latest changes in eupspkg done by Mario
  - also migrating auto test cases to the new system
  - minor updates to scons needed, will talk to Daniel
  - for S14 planning purposes: officially 50% on lsst
  - will implement: don't destroy existing installation
    when scons rerun
  - need to package kazoo, zookeeper, db (in order to move
    forward with work on CSS)
--> open a new ticket [Jacek]
  - vacation next week

Jacek
  - have Qserv integrated with Common State System based
on zookeeper, all traces of "QMS" removed
    - still few small things unfinished, (example: connection
info is still hardcoded), but it all works
    - need about a week to cleanup
    - need kazoo/zookeeper packaged
    - need to have a review (it is a large ticket!)
  - FYIs:
     - will be hiring soon, working on job req
     - started trac page for hackathon. see
       http://ls.st/0k3
  - reminders:
    - need input for monthly status report
  - heads up:
    - considering moving client and admin to core,
effectively getting rid of one level of directories.
       - we will discuss this in details, maybe in ~2 weeks

Short discussion about draft S14 Qserv plan
  - general mood: it looks fine
  - Jacek will talk to AndyS in the next few days.

Jacek
