It looks fishy and we'll fix it. There is live code in each. I had a
couple of ideas on how to fix it, but couldn't settle on one quickly and
so I decided to just leave it for now.
ParseException: decl for class ParseException
parseExceptions: decl for other exceptions arising from parsing. Right
now, they don't inherit from ParseException because ParseException is
conceptually defined on an ANTLR node (in theory, the exception catcher
could peek at the node and infer what went wrong), but the plumbing is
not there.
If you have an idea for a cleaner solution, you are absolutely welcome
to go ahead and make it happen.
