Hi Andy,
At a networking conference today, so I figured it'd be a good idea to look into this again.
I copied (what I think are) the relevant log outputs below. This is from a dev host to a IPv6-enabled server. In both cases, I use "red-gridftp2.unl.edu" as the endpoint; this is from the same environment (same Xrootd libraries on both attempts). In terms of what is logged, things look identical to me.
Any further suggestions?
