Hi,
There was a very useful discussion in today's software meeting on priorities, which covered most of the ongoing work being done.
I put together a list of proposed new Jira items based on Maurik's talk (see forwarded message below for full list).
I know some are already in the Jira in some form so I apologize for this in advance. These should be identified and the descriptions possibly reworded if that is desired.
Maurik suggested getting feedback from Stuart on the ECAL related tasks and from Omar and Matt on the SVT ones before making any new Jira items.
It would be useful to create some sub-tasks as well. For instance, it looks like "ECAL calibration" has a number of sub-tasks that should be assigned to it.
If any of these are completed that should be noted as well.

Hi, Maurik.
This is what I came up with from your talk as far as Jira like items....
------------
Understand and tune different trigger parameters
Optimize the trigger algorithm including the handling of different run conditions
Implement ECAL cluster monitoring plots
Implement trigger monitoring plots
Implement ECAL timing monitoring plots
Implement single event SVT monitoring
Implement SVT timing monitoring plots
Implement SVT track monitoring plots including chi2
Calibration of ECAL gains and thresholds using (sub-tasks)
cosmics
pi0
track matching
full energy electrons
Calibration of SVT gains and thresholds
Calibration of SVT timing
Match clusters with tracks in reconstruction
Implement simple particle ID algorithm
Use the full B-field in (sub-tasks)
MC
tracking
vertexing
Implement GBL in Java (low prio)
Use SVT timing in reconstruction
Tune tracking cuts
Implement ECAL cluster position correction(s)
Implement ECAL position dependent sampling fractions
-----
Some of them are possibly in the Jira in some form or another but others I'm pretty sure are not. I will check on this...
