Hi everyone,

I made some changes to the simdata converter, there was a problem
converting the units in the simulated energy to the right format for the
transformation to ADC. That should be solved now for the most part. I've
also updated the writer to only include hits in the output that are
within the range of the defined geometry to avoid filling space with
empty hits.

These changes are also in the attached version of the standalone jar.
