I think all you have to do is login to the lsstsw account (after
getting your public key added to its authorized_keys), then:
$ export EUPSPKG_SOURCE=package
$ export REPOSITORY_PATTERN="$BASE/DMS/%(product)s.git|$BASE/DMS/devenv/%(product)s.git|$BASE/DMS/testdata/%(products)s.git|$BASE/external/%(product)s.git"
$ publish -b <build> -t <tag> qserv
where <build> is the build number from a previous buildbot build, in
particular one using the git tag that you have chosen to release (either
a regular buildbot build or a forced build).
