Hi Jacek,
I think that you use a previous version of Qserv configuration which is
not compliant with the Qserv version in master branch.
This problem has already been reported in
https://jira.lsstcorp.org/browse/DM-895
What you can do for now is :
- restart from scratch (qserv-configure --all)
- next command could also solve the problem but i can't garantee it :
cp -r $QSERV_DIR/admin/templates $QSERV_RUN_DIR/templates &&
qserv-configure --etc
