And... I published it as current:
./bin/publish -b b245 -t current qserv
eupspkg.create: package contents created for 'qserv-2014_08.0', sources
will be fetched via 'git'.
Adding tag 'current' at the distribution server.
Copying newinstall.sh to the distribution server.
(K-T, Mario, shout if I am doing something wrong!)
