I am still confused... according to
https://dev.lsstcorp.org/cgit/LSST/external/scisql.git/
HEAD == 0.3.3 == master
and
https://dev.lsstcorp.org/cgit/LSST/external/scisql.git/tree/upstream
has 0.3.3, which is the version I want.
So why do we care about the pull request on github?
