All right, for these who want to use the latest code and
run qserv-configure, you will need
eups distrib install scisql 0.3.3
--repository=http://lsst-web.ncsa.illinois.edu/~fjammes/qserv-dev
setup scisql 0.3.3
Hopefully scisql 0.3.3 will be available on the lsst distrib
soon (once buildbot is done with the current build)
