Hello,

Thank you all for the feedback. Based on your input
it is more or less clear the week of Apr 13 is not
good (ICDE, MySQL Percona, CHEP, HIMSS, and more).

I did some more researching and probing, and it
looks like the week of May 18 looks much better.
So... if you can think of any reason why we should
avoid that week, let me know! (I am going to avoid
Friday due to Memorial Day on 25th)
