When I played indoor at Los Alamos, we would have 5 teams, with one swapping in every 10 minutes or so. It worked pretty well.

I’m interested. The problem is that only 5 on 5 or 6 on 6 will be able to play at the same time, and usually Fridays are very busy, but I’d love to play!
